1 Acceptance of Terms

6 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Suspension & Closure

winbd 24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that is determined to be made in bad faith.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6 of these terms.
• A formal request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, winbd 24 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via the registered email address. The account holder will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond and provide any requested information or documentation.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a violation of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no violation is ultimately established, the balance will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.
